Wintegrity was founded in 1997 with one simple thesis: large firms had stopped caring, and the boutiques that did care lacked global reach. The whole point was to be the firm in the middle — the one with serious infrastructure that still answered the phone on the second ring.

That thesis hasn't changed. What's changed is scale. Today we're 400+ consultants strong, with delivery hubs across three continents. The thing that hasn't changed: every search is still owned by one named person. Always.

If a candidate isn't right, we say so — before you waste an interview slot. If a search isn't a fit for us, we tell you on the call. The brand isn't called Wintegrity by accident.
